The Process

Q: How do I start a custom kit order?

A: Simply get in touch via our contact form, email or social media. Let us know which products you're interested in, your team details, and a rough idea of quantity. We'll come back to you quickly with a quote and everything you need to get started.

Q: Do I need to provide professional artwork?

A: Not at all. At APEX, we work with you from whatever starting point you have — finished vector artwork, a logo as a PNG, a rough sketch, or simply your team colours and a brief description of your style. Our design team will produce a polished, full-colour mockup from whatever you can give us.

Q: What happens after I get in touch?

A: We review your brief and produce a design mockup within 10–15 working days. You review it, request any refinements, and once you're completely happy with the design, we move into production. Nothing is produced until you sign off.

Products

Q: What's the minimum order quantity?

A: There is no minimum. We can produce a single item or a full squad run. Pricing improves with volume — ask us about team pricing when you enquire.

Q: Are the designs truly custom or based on templates?

A: Truly custom. Every design is created from scratch around your brief. We do not use template catalogues. Your design is yours alone.

Q: Are all products fully sublimated?

A: Yes. Sublimation means your design is permanently embedded into the fabric — covering the entire garment edge to edge. It will not fade, crack or peel with washing and wear, season after season.

Q: Can I order a complete matching kit — jersey, trousers and hoodie?

A: Yes — and this is one of the most popular ways to order from us. We design all pieces together so they match perfectly, and produce them in one run. See our Team Kits page for full bundle details.

Design

Q: Can I reorder the same design in the future?

A: Yes. We store your design files so you can reorder at any time without restarting the design process.

Q: Can I apply my existing team design to new products?

A: Yes. As the APEX range grows, your team's design can be applied to any new product — just get in touch.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: We provide a size guide with every enquiry. For team orders, we recommend collecting player measurements before finalising.

Q: Can I mix sizes within a team order?

A: Yes. Each player's size is specified individually within a team order. There is no restriction on mixing sizes.

Production & Delivery

Q: How long does production take?

A: Typically 3–6 weeks from design sign-off. Rush orders may be available — please ask at the point of enquiry.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We deliver throughout the UK and internationally. Delivery timeframes and costs depend on destination and are confirmed with your quote.

Q: What if there's an issue with my order?

A: We stand behind the quality of our products and our service. If anything isn't right, get in touch and we'll resolve it with you directly — no ticket systems, no runaround.
