Production, Shipping & International Delays
Many Apex Pro Gear products are produced through specialist manufacturing and international supply chains. This means some orders may be affected by factory lead times, international shipping, customs clearance, courier delays or wider events outside our control.
Where delays occur, we will work to keep customers updated and to dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Events outside our control may include, but are not limited to, courier disruption, customs or border delays, supplier delays, strikes, severe weather, public health disruption, war, conflict, civil unrest, transport disruption, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Product Availability Types
Most products on our website fall into one of the following categories: Pre Order, Special Order, Made to Order, or In Stock. Please check the individual product description before ordering, as each product page should set out the expected availability, production lead time and delivery timeframe.
All shipped orders are sent using tracked delivery where available. Higher-value orders may also be sent using insured services.
Pre Order Items
Pre Order items are products that are planned for production, currently in production, or due to arrive into the UK from our manufacturing partners.
These items may include limited edition products, teamwear drops, event merchandise or products that are specially produced in batches.
Typical delivery timeframes for Pre Order items are 4–8 weeks, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, international shipping, customs clearance or courier delays.
For event-specific preorders, the product page will state whether the order is available for UK delivery, event collection, or both.
Special Order Items
Special Order items are products ordered specially for the customer from our suppliers or manufacturing partners.
Some Special Order items may be consolidated with other orders into scheduled supplier shipments. This helps keep shipping and overall product costs lower for customers.
Typical delivery timeframes for Special Order items are:
– 3–6 weeks where items are included in a consolidated supplier shipment.
– 2–4 weeks where individual shipping can be arranged.
The relevant product page will confirm the expected timeframe wherever possible.
Made to Order and Custom Items
Made to Order items are produced individually after an order is placed. These may include custom garments, personalised products, teamwear, special designs or products manufactured to the customer's specification.
Typical delivery timeframes for Made to Order items are 3–6 weeks, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Because these items are made specifically for the customer, cancellations or changes may not be possible once design work, ordering, production or manufacturing has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
In Stock Items
In Stock items are held in the UK and are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail or another tracked courier service. Royal Mail delivery services typically aim to deliver within 2–3 business days, although delivery times may vary during busy periods or where courier disruption occurs.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains a combination of In Stock, Pre Order, Special Order or Made to Order items, we may dispatch the order once all items are available, unless we agree otherwise.
If you need an In Stock item sooner, please place it as a separate order or contact us before ordering.
Event Collection
Where event collection is offered, this will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Orders selected for event collection will not be posted. Customers must collect their order from the stated event collection point and may be asked to show their order confirmation email.
If an order is not collected at the event, please contact us to arrange delivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
International Orders
This section has been added to clarify our current position on international shipping and to ensure customers outside the UK are fully informed before ordering.
Apex Pro Gear is a UK-based brand. Our standard shipping options are currently available for UK delivery addresses only.
In Stock Items — UK Only
We are not currently offering standard international shipping for In Stock products. This is because import taxes, duties and customs charges vary significantly by country and can result in unexpected additional costs for customers outside the UK that we are not currently in a position to manage on your behalf.
If you are based outside the UK and are interested in an In Stock product, please contact us before ordering and we will advise whether we are able to assist.
Custom, Made to Order and Special Order Items — International Enquiries Welcome
We welcome enquiries from teams and customers outside the UK for custom teamwear orders. International shipping for custom orders is arranged on a case-by-case basis and will be confirmed as part of your quote.
Please note the following for all international orders:
– Import duties, customs charges and local taxes applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
– We will always aim to make you aware of any likely charges before you commit to an order, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of customs estimates as these are determined by the authorities in your country.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or border controls in your country.
– Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only and will be confirmed with your quote.

Delivery Estimates
All production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page or order confirmation.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will aim to update affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.
